REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Due to the exclusive nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at fbtcontactus@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders can only be canceled prior to fulfillment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
