SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays. 

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard shipping to the United States typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. 

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will become active within 24–48 hours.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
NOCTEMAR is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
NOCTEMAR is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at fbtcontactus@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can arrange a replacement.
